Responsibilities:
Track Work Supervision:
Assist the Resident Engineer (System and MEPF) in the monitoring and supervision of all track works , including site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Safety & Quality Assurance:
Ensure stringent safety protocols are followed during all track activities, especially when working with live rail traffic, and maintain high-quality standards for all installed track components.

Compliance & Training:
Ensure compliance with Business Ethics and Compliance training .
Ensure completion of Anti-Corruption training .

Additional Responsibilities:
Undertake any other work assigned by the Resident Engineer (System and MEPF) to support project objectives.

Profile/Skills
Education: Graduate Engineer.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of overall experience .




Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position .
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar projects (railway track work).
Communication: Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Cultural Adaptability: Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve, especially in an integrated project delivery workplace, applying industry best practices.
Leadership: Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority. Robust leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort, make independent decisions, and be an effective troubleshooter.
