Key Responsibilities:
Shade Matching & Quality Control:
Ensure accurate shade matching through adjustments in raw materials (paints).
Monitor and ensure defect-free coils are dispatched for ACP production.
Supplier & Vendor Management:
Provide feedback to paint suppliers regarding quality and performance.
Coordinate with external parties for current shade development.
Production Oversight:
Ensure no production of unauthorized recent grades.
Adhere strictly to departmental SOPs and SLA guidelines.
Process Compliance:
Maintain operational efficiency while complying with all production standards.
