Role Overview

Findoc Investmart Private Limited is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own digital marketing end-to-end for its HNI-focused business divisions — Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Algo Trading and FPI Business.
This is a dedicated, business-facing role: the person will act as the single point of ownership for everything digital across these segments, working as a strategic partner to the respective business heads while executing through the central Digital Marketing team for design, ad operations, and other shared resources.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role — the ideal candidate combines robust functional understanding of PMS/AIF/Algo Trading products and the HNI customer mindset with solid technical digital marketing execution capability.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Ownership
• Own the digital marketing strategy, calendar, and execution roadmap for FPI,PMS, AIF, and Algo Trading as a single, unified charter — not three siloed plans.




• Act as the primary digital marketing point of contact for the business heads of these segments; translate business goals (AUM growth, lead quality, client acquisition cost) into digital marketing plans.
• Build a segment-specific understanding of the HNI/UHNI customer journey and tailor messaging, channels, and campaigns accordingly.
Website & Digital Presence
• Own the website experience (content, structure, landing pages, SEO) for the FPI,PMS, AIF, and Algo Trading pages/microsites.
• Work with the central web/design/dev team to plan updates, current pages, and conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns.
• Track and improve in office engagement, lead capture, and conversion metrics for these segments specifically.
Performance Marketing
• Plan, brief, and monitor performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms) for HNI lead generation, working with the central performance marketing/ad-ops team for execution.
