We are looking for an experienced CRM professional with 5+ years of experience in the textile/manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and regular follow-ups.
Handle enquiries, samples, orders and customer requirements.
Coordinate with sales, production, merchandising, quality and dispatch teams.
Ensure timely order updates and customer communication.
Maintain customer data, order status and follow-up records.
Prepare MIS reports, sales reports and customer-wise analysis.
Track pending orders, approvals, payments and complaints.
Support customer retention and repeat business.
Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
Positive knowledge of MIS, MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems and google sheet.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Positive follow-up and analytical ability.
Textile/home textile industry experience preferred.
