About the Role :
nAs a Corporate Sales Manager at Wonderla, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with corporate conglomerates.
nResponsibilities:

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the corporate client base.n
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential corporate clients, understanding their needs and preferences.n
Tailored Proposals: Design and present customized event packages that align with client requirements for corporate outings, team-building activities, and special events.n
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify recent business opportunities and areas for growth.n
Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and excellent customer satisfaction.n
Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance metrics,



prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.n
Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to promote Wonderla and foster connections with potential clients.n

nWe are looking for you with:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.n
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or event management industries.n
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.n
Solid Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.n
Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize revenue.n
