Job Summary:- Looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to manage business/client social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X, along with paid campaigns, content planning, analytics and reporting. This is not a content-posting-only role. Key Responsibilities:- Manage social media accounts, publishing, engagement and content calendars. Handle Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager. Plan and coordinate paid campaigns, targeting, budgets and optimization. Manage LinkedIn and X accounts; support Google Business Profile/Google Ads.



Coordinate with content writers, designers and video editors. Monitor comments, DMs, trends, competitors and account issues. Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Manage multiple client/brand accounts simultaneously. Requirements:- 2+ years of hands-on Social Media Management experience. Experience managing business/brand/client accounts, not personal profiles. Solid hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite & Meta Ads Manager. Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Knowledge of content calendars, paid campaigns and campaign optimization. Ability to understand Reach, Impressions, Engagement, CTR, CPC, CPM, Leads/Conversions and Ad Spend. * Valuable communication, reporting and coordination skills.
