nAbout the Role:
nWe are hiring a Founding Customer Success team to own the full customer lifecycle and set the team up for Series A and beyond.
nThis is not a passive "account manager" role. You will:

Own Onboarding, including training and managing third-party integrationsn
Be data-first, in ensuring AI quality, outcomes, and customer happinessn
Run meetings, drive testimonials, and get referralsn
Ensure renewals, upsell, and cross-sell goals are metn

nYou will also get to shape the team in a Founding role by:

Defining and executing recent processes and toolsn
Creating recent automations that save time and surface insightsn
Setting the team culture as we scalen
