nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Finance Head / CFO to lead the overall finance function and drive financial control, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should have strong Financial Controlling & Accounting expertise and proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.
nKey Responsibilities & Requirements

CA with 12+ years of corporate finance experience, including 4–5 years in Finance Head / CFO-level roles.n
Strong Financial Controlling & Accounting experience is the most critical requirement for this position.n
Solid expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, working capital management, and overall finance operations.n
Experience in setting up and improving finance systems, MIS, internal controls,



costing, and inventory management.n
Robust ERP exposure, preferably SAP Business One (SAP B1), including ERP implementation, process improvement, or upgradation.n
Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and regulatory requirements, including handling complex financial transactions.n
Exposure to export transactions, foreign operations, transfer pricing, and subsidiary transactions will be an added advantage.n
Experience in IPO readiness, IPO preparation, or pre-IPO activities will be highly preferred, as the company is planning for an IPO in the next 2–3 years.n
Strong experience in preparing and presenting MIS and financial reports to Directors, Senior Management, Board members, and Banks.n
Proven ability to lead and manage finance teams across multiple locations, with solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.n
