We are seeking someone to join our Finance Shared Services - LEC External Reporting team as a Vice President in the Finance Division.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firms financial and capital resources. This is a Vice President level position within the Controllers Reporting & Accounting Job family.

What you'll do in the role:
Collaborate with a wide-ranging group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them




Act as a role model and culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
Provide leadership, guidance, and monitor resources to meet the following objectives
Conduct in-depth analysis of variances, incorporating the understanding of accounting issues, economic events and their impact, and present the financial results to Senior Management and US / EMEA Regulatory Agencies
Assist in driving process efficiencies and continuous process improvement efforts to strengthen controls
Execute report pre-submission checks, implement control procedures, and review regulatory reporting requirements
Maintain a consolidated list of adjustment details by report and participate in data quality improvement projects to strengthen controls, improve report accuracy and reduce manual adjustments
Lead/participate in other special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed
