Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are a SEBI-registered stock broking firm and Exchange Member seeking an experienced Back Office Executive to manage daily settlement, reconciliation, and reporting operations with accuracy and timeliness.
nKey Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end daily trade file processing — import, verification, and upload of exchange filesn
Perform daily obligation, pay-in/pay-out, and settlement processing for equity, F&O;, currency, and commodity segmentsn
Reconcile client ledgers, bank accounts, and demat/beneficiary positions on a daily basisn
Generate and dispatch contract notes, daily/monthly margin statements, and quarterly settlement of client funds and securitiesn
Process client onboarding, KYC/re-KYC, UCC uploads, modifications, and account closuresn
Manage margin reporting, peak margin, and collateral records; coordinate with RMS on shortfallsn
Handle DP operations — DIS, demat/remat, pledge/unpledge, and CDSL/NSDL back-end activitiesn
Prepare data for Exchange/SEBI filings,



internal and statutory audits, and inspectionsn
Resolve client and branch queries related to statements, ledgers, and holdingsn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n
n
Graduate in Commerce or Financen
Minimum 2 years of hands-on back office experience in a stock broking firm (mandatory)n
Working knowledge of back office software.n
Familiarity with Exchange (NSE/BSE/MCX) and Depository (CDSL/NSDL) file formats and reporting portalsn
Robust proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data handling)n
High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict daily settlement deadlinesn

NISM Series VI (Depository Operations) certification is added advantage.n
Experience in quarterly settlement and margin reportingn
