About the Job

Orbit Global HR Consultants LLP, a leading real estate recruitment agency in India, is hiring a Social Media & Content Manager for a reputed commercial real estate and property development company.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on digital marketing qualified who can independently manage the company's complete social media and content ecosystem across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

The ideal candidate will combine social media strategy, content creation, video production, graphic design, digital marketing and AI-powered content creation with an understanding of commercial real estate, construction and property development.

This is not a conventional social media executive role.



The candidate will be responsible for taking content from concept → script → shoot → edit → publish → analyse.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Develop weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content.
Maintain consistent brand communication and visual identity.
Monitor social media trends, algorithms and emerging content formats.
Analyse content performance and optimise the strategy based on data.
Real Estate Content Creation

Create engaging content around:
Commercial real estate projects
Construction progress
Project launches
Property developments
Commercial leasing
Retail and office projects
Project walkthroughs
Site visits
Tenant and brand announcements
Developer activities
Corporate initiatives
