Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Diploma / Degree Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our Production Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities, monitoring machines and processes, maintaining production records, and ensuring smooth and productive production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day production activities and production targets.
Assist in operating and monitoring CPET film manufacturing machinery.
Ensure production processes are carried out as per defined standards.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to seniors.
Maintain production reports,



shift records, and documentation.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Support production supervisors in achieving daily targets.
Ensure proper material handling and minimize production wastage.
Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
Learn and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify basic production issues and escalate them to the concerned supervisor.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel will be an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
