Reinsurance Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Analyst with Reinsurance experience to join our Reinsurance portfolio team & support from Hyderabad, India location. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, positive foundational knowledge of Ceded Reinsurance concepts and hands‑on experience applying standard BA techniques within Agile delivery models to deliver business value efficiently and incrementally.

Key Responsibilities
Support requirement discovery and documentation activities through stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops and backlog refinement sessions
Partner with Product Owners,



end users, developers and QA teams to elicit, analyze, document and validate business/functional requirements
Assist in the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting artifacts
Validate that requirements align to business intent, reinsurance processing needs and product objectives
Support test activities by helping clarify requirements, review test cases and participate in requirement validation and defect triage
Maintain a strong understanding of Ceded Reinsurance business workflows and apply that knowledge to day‑to‑day analysis activities
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint delivery activities, supporting an iterative, incremental approach to solution delivery
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams as part of a multi‑vendor delivery model
