Senior Associate – Taxation & Compliance

Key Responsibilitiesn
n
Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies and other assessees.n
Handling GST compliances and return filings.n
Handling TDS compliances and return filings.n
Handling PF and ESIC compliances and return filings.n
Periodic review of accounting records and backups.n
Preparation of financial statements, audit reports, certificates and other skilled reports.n
Coordination with clients for collection of information, documents and statutory records.n
Maintenance of proper physical and digital client records.n
Managing and coordinating with the team to ensure timely completion of assignments.n
Handling audit assignments and ensuring timely completion and submission of reports.n
Undertaking other taxation, audit,



compliance and professional assignments as entrusted by the Partners.n

EligibilitynCandidates meeting any of the following criteria may apply:
n
n
Chartered Accountant (CA); orn
Cost Accountant (CMA); orn
Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience; orn
Semi-Qualified Cost Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience; orn
Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Chartered Accountant firm or taxation and compliance profile.n

Desired Skillsn
n
Strong working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF and ESIC compliances.n
Sound accounting and financial reporting knowledge.n
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.n
Positive communication, client-handling and team-management skills.n
Professional approach with the ability to independently handle assignments and meet statutory deadlines.n
