Key Skills & Experience
Solid knowledge of PLC, SCADA/DCS and Industrial Automation Systems
Allen Bradley PLC programming is mandatory
Programming knowledge in Ladder Logic
Solid experience in Field Instrumentation
Selection, installation, maintenance and calibration of instruments
Experience in Greenfield / Brownfield Projects
Troubleshooting and control settings of:
PID Controllers
Temperature Elements
VFD Drives
Alarm Annunciators & Timers
Load Cell Systems
pH Sensors & Transmitters
Flow & Pressure Transmitters
Level Transmitters
Flow Indicators & Totalizers
Ratio Controllers
Control Valves & I/P Converters
ON/OFF Valves and Control Wiring
Preparation/review of instrument, PLC & SCADA datasheets
Project activity planning and scheduling





Job Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for preventive and breakdown maintenance and instrument calibration as per ISO requirements.
Floating enquiries, obtaining quotations, technical evaluation/approval, installation and commissioning of instruments.
Handling recent projects, including:
P&ID; and Logic Diagram checking
Control logic implementation
Control wiring supervision
Cable laying supervision
JB Schedule preparation
Cable Schedule preparation
Lead and manage the Instrumentation Department covering both maintenance and projects.
