Air Ticketing Executive / Travel Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Create PNRs, reserve seats, and issue domestic and international flight tickets.
Handle ticket bookings, rebookings, date changes, and cancellations.
Process refunds according to company policies and airline rules.
Assist customers with queries related to fares, baggage allowances, flight schedules, and itineraries.
Provide customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Explain ticketing terms, cancellation policies, and travel requirements to customers.
Collect payments securely and maintain accurate transaction records.
Maintain proper booking and customer documentation.
Coordinate with airlines and travel service providers when required.
Resolve booking and ticketing-related issues promptly.
Ensure all ticketing and payment activities are completed accurately.
