Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Growth: Achieve primary/secondary sales targets, expand distribution, improve outlet coverage and drive focus SKUs/current launches.n
Distributor Management: Manage distributor operations, stocks, claims, collections, manpower and ROI.n
Team Management: Lead, coach and monitor Sales Officers to achieve targets, beat coverage and productivity.n
Market Execution: Ensure effective beat planning, merchandising, visibility, range selling and recent product placement.n
Competition: Track competitor pricing, schemes, launches and market activities and recommend corrective actions.n
Reporting & Technology: Ensure SFA/DMS compliance, monitor sales performance and submit regular reports.n
Overall Objective: Drive profitable territory growth, distribution expansion and robust sales execution.n

nQualification: Graduate/MBA preferred in Sales & Marketing.
nExperience: 8+ years in FMCG sales, with 2–3 years in Territory/Area Management and direct team handling.
