Job Description :
Develop detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation plans. Also, develop SOPs for the Project Department with proper documentation.
Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with customer requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for a smooth workflow.
Oversee production schedules to meet deadlines.
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.




Procurement & Vendor Management
Work with procurement teams to source materials and components.
Evaluate vendor performance for quality and delivery reliability.
Oversee QC Schedule & Reports. Ensure machines meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate quality control inspections and testing procedures.
Maintain project records, including test reports and design modifications.
Present project deadlines and progress reports daily, weekly, and Monthly to management.
Ensure proper documentation of lessons learned for future projects.
