Telecaller / Academic Counsellor – Desun Academy | Kolkata
Desun Academy is hiring enthusiastic Telecallers / Academic Counsellors for our Kolkata office.
Responsibilities:
Call and counsel students regarding qualified courses.
Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions.
Handle student queries and maintain follow-up records.
Achieve calling and admission targets.
Skills Required:
Positive communication in Bengali & Hindi
Convincing and counselling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive and target-oriented attitude
Eligibility:
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in telecalling/sales/counselling preferred.
Location: Kolkata (WFO)
Salary: Fixed + Incentives
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
