E-Commerce Executive – Job Description

An E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales platforms, product listings, customer orders, and digital marketplace activities to improve sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
Update product details, prices, images, and stock
Process online orders and coordinate deliveries
Handle customer queries and complaints
Monitor website or marketplace performance
Track sales reports and inventory
Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams
Manage promotions, offers, and online campaigns

Required Skills:
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Knowledge of online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Valuable communication skills
Attention to detail
MS Excel and data entry skills
Time management and organizational skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
