You will ensure high-quality design delivery, seamless customer experience, and robust execution aligned with Livspace standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of6–10 Interior DesignersOversee12–15 projects month-on-monthfrom concept to handoverConduct design reviews, layout validations, and 3D design approvalsEnsure adherence to Livspace design processes, quality benchmarks, and timelinesHandle client interactions, presentations, and escalationsCollaborate with sales, operations, and execution teams for seamless deliveryConduct training sessions and mentor designers on technical and design aspectsWhat We’re Looking For5–8+ years of experience in residential interior designProven experience inteam handling and project managementStrong expertise inmodular interiors (kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions)Excellent communication and client-facing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
