Preference will be given toEx-Service Doctorswho are fluent inEnglish and Telugu, and arewilling to reside on campus .Key ResponsibilitiesHospital Operations & AdministrationOversee all medical and administrative operations of the hospitalEnsure smooth functioning of clinical departments and coordination with medical collegeMaintain discipline and clinical accountability among faculty, doctors, and support staff⚕️ Clinical OversightMonitor patient care standards, emergency services, and OPD/IPD efficiencySupervise infection control, medical audits, and clinical outcomes reportingLiaison with departments for adequate staffing, case load,



and teaching hospital benchmarksAcademic CoordinationEnsure hospital compliance with NMC norms for academic and clinical teachingCoordinate with department heads and teaching staff for student postings and assessmentsFacilitate PG/UG training and academic audit processesCompliance & Quality ControlAdhere to and oversee regulatory compliance (NMC, NABH, Biomedical Waste, Fire Safety)Implement hospital SOPs and support quality improvement initiativesBe the hospital’s face during inspections and accreditation visitsTeam LeadershipLead interdisciplinary teams comprising consultants, residents, nurses, and paramedicsPromote a culture of discipline, ethics, safety, and compassionConduct regular review meetings with clinical departments✅Eligibility CriteriaQualificationMBBS + MD/MS in any clinical discipline (General Medicine/Surgery preferred)Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration (desirable)ExperienceMinimum10 years of total experiencein clinical/hospital servicesAt least 5 years as Medical Superintendentin a recognized medical college/hospital♂️Preferred ProfileEx-Servicemen(Army Medical Corps or similar) highly preferredResident Position(accommodation will be provided if needed)
