In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical architecture and strategic delivery, leading cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable, high-performance applications using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Key Responsibilities1. Technical Direction & Architecture OversightEvaluate technical designs, code architecture, and engineering choices i n Pyth on ecosystems to ensure scalability, security, and performance.Conduct high-level technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural alignment with senior developers and technical architects.Troubleshoot complex technical bottlenecks alongside developers when required.2. Team Management & LeadershipDirect line management of 10–20 software engineers, QA analysts, and technical leads.Mentor and upskill team members, foster a culture of technical excellence, and conduct performance evaluations.Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and workload distribution across concurrent streams.3. Agile Project Delivery & ExecutionDrive end-to-end delivery usin g Scrum / Agile methodologi es—facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Manage project timelines, scope, dependencies, and risks using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.Translate business requirements from product management into clear technical epics, user stories,



and acceptance criteria.4.
