The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and post-production support.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into JD Edwards S&D; solutions.Configure and support Sales Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Advanced Pricing modules.Manage end-to-end O2C processes including order entry, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.Perform system configuration such as UDCs, AAIs, Order Activity Rules (OAR),



and Branch/Plant setup.Conduct gap analysis and design functional solutions aligned with business needs.Prepare functional documentation including BRDs and Functional Specifications (FS).Support data migration, SIT/UAT testing, go-live activities, and post-production support.Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.Required SkillsStrong experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution modules.Hands-on knowledge of Sales Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Advanced Pricing.Experience in O2C process implementation and support.Expertise in JDE configuration, testing, and functional documentation.Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
