Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented2D Lead / Graphic Design Managerto lead visual design and creative output across experiential campaigns, corporate events, and brand engagements.This role will be responsible for drivingvisual storytelling, pitch decks, event branding, and design execution, while managing and mentoring a team of designers.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Design LeadershipLead the development ofvisual concepts, themes, and design directionsfor events and brand experiencesEnsure high-quality design output across presentations, event collaterals, branding, and digital assetsTranslate client briefs into compelling visual narrativesPitch & Presentation DesignOversee creation ofhigh-impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch decksWork closely with Client Servicing and Strategy teams to bring ideas to life visuallyEnsure consistency in design language and storytelling across pitchesEvent Branding & CollateralsDesign and supervise creation ofevent branding elementsincluding stage backdrops, panels, signages, invites,



and digital creativesEnsure all creatives align with brand guidelines and event themesTeam ManagementLead, mentor, and review work of 2D designersEnsure timely delivery of creative outputs under tight deadlinesFoster a culture of creativity, ownership, and collaborationCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with production, and operations teams to ensure design feasibility and executionCoordinate with client servicing teams to understand and deliver on client expectationsRequired Skills & Experience8–10 years of experience ingraphic design / visual design within event, experiential agencies onlyStrong expertise inPowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Robust portfolio showcasingevent branding, presentations, and creative campaignsExcellent visual storytelling and layout skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPreferred BackgroundExperience inexperiential marketing / event agenciesExposure tocorporate events, brand activations, and large-format presentations
