- Review, evaluate, and refinevideo content, animations, and visual effects outputsused for AI training and evaluation.
- Assess AI-generated media forquality, accuracy, storytelling effectiveness, and alignment with project objectives .
- Organize, label, and maintain structuredproject files, media assets, and production workflowsto support dataset creation and collaboration.
- Developevaluation rubrics, quality frameworks, and benchmark datasetsfor video, animation, and educational content.
- Apply expertise invisual storytelling, editing, motion graphics, and post-productionto improve AI-generated outputs.
- Provide detailed written and verbal feedback to support iterative AI model development.
- Identify content gaps, edge cases, and opportunities to improve visual quality and narrative consistency.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment to maintain production and quality standards.Required Qualifications
- Proven experience invideo editing, post-production, and digital media production .
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such asAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro,or similar platforms.
- Experience creating or editinganimations, motion graphics, and visual effects .
- Solid understanding ofvisual storytelling, pacing, composition, and audience engagement .
- Experience withaudio editing, media asset management, and post-production workflows .
- Bachelor's degree in any field and significant professional experience in video production or visual media.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications
