This role is ideal for someone passionate aboutfashion, e-commerce, customer communication, and operations .Preferred:Candidates fromNIFTorPearl Academy, especially with a background inFashion Communication .Key Responsibilities:✨ Manage customer communications before and after purchase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.️ Handle Shopify backend and website management.Manage product launches on the website.Coordinate online and offline order management, tracking, and follow-ups.Build and manage relationships with PR agencies, bloggers, overseas buyers, MBOs, and third-party vendors.Create order sheets, buyer line sheets, look-books, and manage customized client orders.Maintain website and store inventory accurately.Coordinate with merchandising, production,
