Internal Challenges:

- With five new manufacturing plants boosting production and increasing direct material invoices, exact reconciliation of quantity discrepancies and diligent compliance with evolving GST and TDS regulations are vital to ensure accurate accounting and regulatory adherence.
- With the increase in MSME threshold, payments need to be tracked and processed on a daily basis to stay compliant with strict statutory timelines and prepare disclosure statements
- Reviewing Advance balances and vendor balances and reviewing payment block so that payment is done on time with more than 1000 documents posted in week.




- Volume discount remain challenging due to evolving processes and dependencies on accurate inputs and coordination across department.payment to be released in tight deadline.

- Driving timely invoice submission protocols and escalation frameworks to mitigate risks of delayed documentation and statutory non-compliance. The processing team needs to ensure multiple compliances as follows: -

1. General ledger and Cost centre accuracy
2. DOA compliance
3. 3 ways matching,
4. Adjustment of advances, compliance with PO terms including retentions, Liquidated damages, Bank guarantees
5. Eligible & ineligible GST compliances and ensuring vendor invoices validity.
6. RCM compliance
7. TDS compliances
8. MSME law compliance
