About the Role

We are looking for a Community & Parent Success Intern who will help manage day-to-day communication with parents, students, and teachers and ensure that classes and follow-ups run smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident in communication, organized, responsible, and comfortable coordinating with multiple people.

Key Responsibilities

Parent Communication

* Communicate with parents professionally through WhatsApp and calls.

* Share class schedules, updates, attendance, and other information.

* Follow up on missed or rescheduled classes.

* Collect parent feedback.

* Handle basic parent queries and escalate important concerns.

Teacher Coordination

* Coordinate with teachers regarding class schedules.

* Follow up on class completion and attendance.

* Ensure teachers share class notes and required reports.

* Track teacher availability and pending tasks.





* Coordinate schedule changes with parents and teachers.

Student & Class Management

* Maintain student and class records.

* Track attendance and completed classes.

* Follow up on irregular classes.

* Assist with demo-class scheduling and student onboarding.

Daily Operations

* Maintain Google Sheets/Excel records.

* Track pending follow-ups.

* Prepare daily reports.

* Ensure important issues are escalated to management on time.

Requirements

* Good communication skills

* Good spoken and written English

* Comfortable communicating with parents and teachers

* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel

* Good organizational and follow-up skills

* Responsible and punctual

* Ability to work independently

* Prior experience in EdTech, customer support, sales, or community management is a plus

Working Hours

Full-Time | Remote

The intern should be comfortable working during evening hours, as most parent and student communication happens after school hours.

Stipend

₹7,000–₹10,000 per month, based on communication skills, experience, and performance.

Growth Prospect

Based on performance, the intern may be considered for a full-time Community & Parent Success / Operations role with AILERNOVA.
