Role Description: The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness for Essence Innovation's health app. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, coordinating performance marketing initiatives, overseeing lead generation activities, and monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with product, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging, develop targeted campaigns, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.



This position also involves staying informed about digital trends in health tech and identifying opportunities to improve digital presence and user growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to design, implement, and optimise multi-channel campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, create engaging content, and build online communities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to plan funnels, run performance-driven campaigns, and convert prospects into active users.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track key metrics, interpret data, and adjust strategies for improved results.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and prioritise multiple initiatives.
- Previous experience in health tech, mobile apps, or consumer technology marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience is required for this position.
