Sales & Customer Care Executive – Logistics/Shipping

Location: Vaishali, Ghaziabad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Industry Experience: Logistics- Mandatory

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales & Customer Care Executive with prior experience in the Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding or Courier industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and onboard new clients.
- Handle existing customers and maintain robust client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into business.
- Coordinate with operations/logistics teams for customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries, shipment updates and service-related issues.
- Support business development and achieve sales targets.

Mandatory Requirements





- 1–3 years of Sales / Customer Care experience.
- Logistics / Shipping / Freight Forwarding industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in client acquisition/onboarding and customer handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Candidates residing in or willing to commute regularly to Vaishali, Ghaziabad will be preferred.

Note: Candidates without Logistics/Shipping industry experience will not be considered.
