Roles & Responsibilities:

 Generate new leads and maintain solid relationships with existing clients

 Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities

 Handle entire target-based sales for the assigned region





 Call prospective clients, negotiate, and finalize orders

 Liaison with Architects, Builders & Developers, Swimming Pool Contractors,Dealers, and end customers

 Provide complete product information, guidance, and sales support to clients

 Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building

 Maintain follow-ups, sales data, and basic reporting

Required Skills:

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong negotiation and convincing abilities

 Target-driven mindset with ownership of results

 Ability to understand customer requirements and offer solutions

 Knowledge of building materials / tile industry will be an advantage
