CLIENT : L eading real estate developer with a strong presence across Noida and Ghaziabad is looking for a Ex-Defence skilled for ensuring overall security management of multiple construction and under maintenance locations. Development, implementation and adherence to security procedures at corporate level and standardizing across all locations. Security of people, material assets, incident and crisis management.

Key Result Areas

- Oversee, coordinate and manage the overall Security & Safety arrangements of the Group" : the threat perception, it's analysis and mitigation strategy of Sites comprising of Project Sites, resential apartment units, condominiums,shopping centre, recreaation club etc.
- Develop and implement a robust mechanism of strong protocols and SOPs related to security, safety and well-being of the occupants and premises in terms of area protection, local threats, crime prevention, access control, emergency preparedness and electronic surveillance activities.
- Liaise with law enforcing agencies for local area support, build information network, gather intelligence, take preventive action and conduct penetration tests to ascertain the security preparedness.
- Supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of CCTVs and other electronic security equipment and ensure that it is operational,



well kept and maintained at all times
- Security budget and expense management, track/control the internal expenditure of the department (CAPEX, OPEX, employee expenses, etc) and identify opportunities to negotiate discounts from vendors.
- Formalize/provide effective substance to Security Contracts and manage the security vendors in accordance with the agreed SLAs & specifications of service quality/standards

Incumbent profile:

- Preferably Ex-Defence officer (Indian Army / Air Force / Navy)-40-50y, residing in Ghaziabad/Noida-Prematurely retired at the rank of Lt. Colonel / Captain/Major equivalent
- Dynamic and results-driven Security & Fire Safety professional with 20 years of diversified experience across corporate offices, IT parks, mixed-use commercial developments, high-rise residential complexes, and hospitality establishments.
- Demonstrates high integrity, discipline, and operational excellence while managing teams, vendors, audits, and 24×7 security operations in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in building strong governance systems, implementing technology-driven security solutions, and improving overall safety performance.

ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 20 LPA
