About the Role:

The role involves supporting daily IT operations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining network systems, and assisting employees with technical requirements. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.

- Support user account setup, password management, and access control.

- Maintain IT assets inventory and update records.

- Assist with system backups, updates, and basic security practices.

- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT team members.

- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
