POSITION SUMMARY:

Manage and further develop the Concur T&E; System for IPG’s operating units.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Manage the relationship between IPG Agencies, Concur Team, and Concur Technologies

- Develop Concur and its reporting to support IPG’s SP&P;

- Manage the Shared Services Concur T&E; team

- Further develop and communication Concur T&E; information to IPG agencies’ senior management

- Manage the IPG Concur development direction and migrants from the business side

- Explore any efficiency that can be gained by looking at current processes

- Participate in all SOX training for the Concur system

- Review all metrics for T&E;

- Regular and reliable attendance required

- Ability to work onsite in an office setting with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

- At least ten years in an accounting function, working with expenses

- Three to five years in a supervisory role is a must

- Experience with Project Management is required

- Must possess strong decision making skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed
