JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Sending emails regarding service renewal, service live domain, web hosting & SEO services.

- Handling client queries regarding domain registration, web hosting, email services etc related to price.

- Troubleshooting email problems, DNS Management, Web hosting problem etc.

- Creating renewal remainder for all services for upcoming service that will expire on next month.

- Troubleshooting issues of office systems and related configurations.

- Configuration of Email in Email client software like Outlook, Thunderbird etc.

- Sending performa invoice to clients on monthly or quarterly basis for services like VPS, Website maintenance, SEO, PPC etc

Technical Skills:

- Experience in Registering and transferring domains.





- Knowledge in Linux and Windows web hosting

- Issue tracking, resolution & System Maintenance.

- Working knowledge of corporate Email, Google Business Email, Microsoft office 365 Business Email VPS.

- Good in installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Positive communication skills.

- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand the issues customers present.

- Dedicated to problem resolution

- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
