Collaborate with scoped app teams to manage integrations, plug-ins, and third-party solutions. Contribute to ServiceNow software release cycles by delivering configuration tasks and features. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document incident tickets related to the ServiceNow platform and hosted applications. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
