Role Summary

At Vizmo, this role will lead solution innovation, architecture, and technology advisory, driving the development of scalable smart factory offerings. You will be responsible for building a strong solution catalogue, validating new ideas through PoCs, and ensuring all solutions are technically sound, market-relevant, and easy to deploy.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and business, and plays a key part in shaping Vizmo’s Industry 4.0 roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Ideation & Development

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies including:

- IIoT, AI/ML, predictive analytics

- Robotics, digital twins, AR/VR (where relevant)

- Design and develop innovative smart factory solutions (e.g., predictive maintenance, production monitoring, energy optimization)

- Build and validate proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to test feasibility and business value

- Translate ideas into practical, deployable solutions aligned with Vizmo’s capabilities

Market & Customer Analysis

- Conduct market research and competitive bench-marking within Industry 4.0 and system integration space

- Engage with clients to understand real manufacturing challenges and use cases

- Convert customer pain points into structured solution requirements

- Evaluate ROI, scalability, and business impact of proposed solutions

Solution Catalogue Development & Expansion

- Define solution architecture, features, and integration requirements

- Ensure compatibility with:

- MES, ERP, SCADA, and other industrial systems

- Build standardized, reusable solution frameworks

- Work with internal teams to create:

- Case studies

- Solution documents

- Technical playbooks

- Drive shift from custom projects → repeatable/productized solutions

Sales Enablement & Technical Support





- Enable sales and pre-sales teams with:

- Solution understanding

- Technical positioning

- Business value articulation

- Develop demo environments, presentations, and ROI calculators

- Support key client discussions with deep technical inputs and solution customization

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with:

- Engineering & R&D; → ensure feasibility and scalability

- Delivery teams → ensure solutions are execution-ready

- Marketing → define positioning and differentiation

- Support implementation teams during deployments when required

- Ensure alignment between what is sold, built, and delivered

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

- Collect feedback from clients, sales, and delivery teams

- Continuously refine and improve solution offerings

- Track:

- Adoption of solutions

- Revenue contribution

- Market performance

- Stay updated with Industry 4.0 trends and bring relevant innovations into Vizmo

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

- Strong background in:

- Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA)

- IIoT architecture and platforms

- Cloud (AWS / Azure)

- System integration & industrial protocols

- Ability to design scalable, modular, and cost-effective solutions

Business & Product Thinking:

- Ability to connect technology with business value and ROI

- Experience in building or contributing to solution/product offerings

- Strong understanding of manufacturing use cases

Mindset (Critical for Vizmo):

- Hands-on, execution-driven, and solution-oriented

- Strong ownership and accountability

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving workplace

- Ability to work across multiple functions and priorities

Experience:

- 8–15 years in smart factory / IIoT / system integration / Industry 4.0

- Experience in solution architecture, innovation, or product solutioning roles
