Roles & Responsibilities:

· Review and interpret MEP design
drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.

· Coordinate with architects,
structural engineers, contractors, and interior teams to resolve clashes.

· Ensure MEP systems meet project
requirements such as HVAC capacity, power loads, water demand, and fire safety.

· Monitor contractor performance
and manpower deployment.

· Ensure correct sequencing of
works to avoid project delays.

· Verify materials, equipment,
and workmanship as per project specifications.

Requirements

B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or civil engineering.

Proficiency in MEP Design software: Auto CAD MEP, Revit, HAP(Preferred)

· Solid experience in MEP
design, coordination, and site execution.

· Familiarity with relevant codes
& standards.

· Proven track record of
delivering integrated MEP projects (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, firefighting,
HVAC) including WTP and STP.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP
design.

· Knowledge of Revit software and
HAP (Hourly Analysis Program).
