Responsibilities:

- Monitor the Semtech Global NOC -30%

- Perform telecom nodes troubleshooting to assure high levels of stability, reliability, and availability of the Managed Connectivity services. – 20%

- Diagnose end to end Managed Connectivity related issues. – 20%

- Work with the Network Operations team and Application Support Engineers to ensure maximum uptime of the system. -20%

- Proactively work to refine documentation and automate processes of systems/network, troubleshooting guides, policies, and procedures. – 10%

Minimum Qualifications:

- B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom or related fields.

- Schedule flexibility with ability to work non-standard business hours.

- Background in telecom and networking products (MSC, HLR, VLR, PGW, Radius, DEA/STP, VPNs, Routers, Switches etc.)





- Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, nodes.

- Solid troubleshooting skills.

- A keen analytical and structured approach to problem solving.

- A dedication to customer satisfaction.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to work independently.

- Experience: 4-7 yrs

Desired Qualifications

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Familiarity with various monitoring tools such as Kibana, Nagios, Graphite etc. will be an added advantage

- Knowledge on AI and ML usage in data analytics will be an added advantage
