We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Distribution Manager to oversee product distribution, manage sales targets, and build a strong network of dealers, distributors, and retailers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability, optimizing the supply chain, and increasing market penetration.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in sales and distribution management, preferably in FMCG/retail/manufacturing sectors.
- Solid understanding of channel sales and distribution models.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits and distributor management.
