Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute collections, recovery, and legal strategy for EV loan portfolios across buckets (early, mid, late, and write -offs).
- Build scalable frameworks for pre -delinquency controls, soft collections, hard recovery, and legal action.
- Act as a strategic partner to Credit, Sales, Ops teams to improve overall portfolio health.
- Drive data -backed decision -making for recovery prioritization and resource allocation.
Collections & Recovery Operations
- Oversee field collections, tele -collections, repossession, and asset tracing across locations.
- Establish explicit SOPs for bucket -wise collection, skip tracing, repossession, auction/resale, and settlements.
- Ensure ethical, compliant, and customer -sensitive recovery practices aligned with RBI and internal policies.
- Monitor key metrics: PAR (Portfolio at Risk), GNPA (Gross Non -Performing Assets), roll rates, resolution TAT, recovery efficiency, cost of collection.
