Job Title: Preschool Assistant Teacher (LKG & UKG)

Location: Mulbagal, Kolar District, Karnataka

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Assistant Teacher for LKG and UKG classes. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with lead teachers to support a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

- Assist the lead teacher in planning and conducting daily classroom activities.

- Support children’s learning through interactive play and educational materials.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom workplace.

- Monitor and report on each child’s development and behavior.

- Communicate effectively with parents and staff.





- Encourage positive social behavior and ensure the emotional well-being of children.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education (preferred).

- Fluency in English and local language

- Passion for working with young children.

- Patient, energetic, and responsible with a caring attitude.

- Educational qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus.
