We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Shipping Head to lead end -to -end domestic and export logistics operations for a Textiles Manufacturing Company. The role is critical in ensuring timely dispatch, cost optimization, and compliance across supply chain and shipping functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Head domestic & international logistics operations
- Manage export & import shipping, documentation & compliance
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA & transporters
- Optimize freight costs & logistics efficiency
- Ensure on -time dispatch & delivery commitments
- Oversee warehouse, inventory movement & planning
- Lead logistics team & vendor performance
- Handle audits, reporting & continuous improvements
Requirements
- Logistics & shipping leadership in textiles
- Export / import documentation & INCOTERMS
- Freight forwarding, CHA & vendor management
- Cost control & supply chain optimization
- Strong planning, coordination & problem -solving
- ERP / logistics systems knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA / PG in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Textile / Garment/ Manufacturing experience preferred
