This position involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues with a wide range of equipment, including gas and electric cooking systems, refrigeration units, dishwashers, and ice machines.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including gas and electric cooking appliances, refrigeration systems, dishwashers, and ice machines.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity.
- Respond quickly and effectively to service requests, providing timely technical support to maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up -to -date service logs, including repair history, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and operations teams to support seamless daily operations and address equipment -related challenges proactively.
