About the Role
We are hiring QS / Billing Engineers across multiple levels for our ongoing residential projects. These roles are critical for reinforcement steel management, billing control, and material reconciliation, ensuring cost efficiency and execution accuracy at the site.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Preparation and review of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
- Material take -off and quantity estimation from drawings
- Contractor bill verification and certification
- Material reconciliation at the RA bill stages
- Monitoring and control of reinforcement steel consumption
- End -to -end ownership of the BBS to the reconciliation cycle
- Final bill certification and ERP processing
- Monitoring wastage and driving cost control
