As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes — from understanding manpower requirements to sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates. You will play a critical role in strengthening the organization’s talent pipeline while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process




- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus or bulk hiring drives when required
- Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including job portals, LinkedIn, and social hiring
- Experience handling multiple roles across different departments or industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setup
- Ability to manage hiring targets within defined timelines
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills
