Manage and configure SAP Concur modules (Expense, Invoice, Travel). Experience in supporting integrations between systems (e.g., Salesforce <> Concur (SAP)). 1-3+ years of experience of Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud or Experience Cloud). Work with SAP Concur support for troubleshooting and issue escalation. Maintain and enhance Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and access automations. Support CRM-related business processes, including chance tracking, lead management, and user provisioning. Collaborate with Salesforce admins/developers to manage data flow and visibility between Salesforce and other business tools. Create or update custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce for stakeholders. Assist with data imports/exports, deduplication, and user management. Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and report generation.
