Requirement:

Technical Expertise:

1. Proficiency in BIM Software:

- Revit (Architecture-focused modelling)

- Navisworks (Clash detection, model review)

- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

- AutoCAD (for legacy 2D coordination)

- Dynamo (for automation and parametric tasks)

- Clash Detection & Model Coordination:

- Setting up clash tests

- Interdisciplinary coordination (architectural, structural, MEP)

- Managing clash reports and resolution workflows

- Model Development Standards:

- Understanding of LOD (Level of Development)from 300 to 350

- Implementing and enforcing BEP (BIM Execution Plan) and Modeling Guidelines

- Maintaining model fidelity across design stages (Concept → DD → IFC)

- Data Management & Interoperability:





- Handling linked models and file formats (IFC, DWG, RVT)

- Knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDE)

- Managing file sharing protocols and version control

Project Coordination & Management

1. Multi-Disciplinary Coordination:

- Facilitating coordination meetings with other disciplines

- Managing federated models for clash resolution

- Scheduling and tracking BIM milestones

- Documentation & Reporting:

- Producing BIM deliverables (model audit reports, clash reports)

- Documenting modeling issues and coordination logs

- Generating drawing sets from BIM models as required
