About the Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing enterprise technology organization, is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with strong Zscaler expertise to drive automation initiatives across network security environments.

This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable automation workflows, reducing manual engineering effort, and centralizing automation through up-to-date platforms.

If you have deep hands-on experience with Zscaler and network security automation, this role offers ownership, visibility, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support adoption of a centralized automation platform for Zscaler workflows and use cases

- Automate operational processes including:

- Standard changes

- BAU requests

- Reporting workflows

- Application & Cloud Connector deployments

- Integrate automation workflows with platforms such as ServiceNow

- Develop automation to translate Palo Alto firewall policies into ZPA configurations

- Establish automation standards and scalable workflows





- Reduce manual engineering effort through process optimization and reusable automation frameworks

Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in IT / Network / Security Engineering

- Strong hands-on expertise in Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA) environments

- Experience automating network security workflows

- Exposure to Palo Alto firewall policy management

- Experience integrating automation with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)

- Strong scripting / automation mindset

- Ability to build scalable, standardized workflows

- Immediate or short notice period (preferred: 15 days)
